Build Azure VM and connect to the Cloudera CDH Cluster

Now that we have an established connection, it's time to create an Azure VM.  This VM will be used as a worker node on our on-prem Cloudera 6.3 Cluster.  The most important step before proceeding anywhere else is to ensure the Azure VM is accessible from the on-prem Cloudera servers.  And that the Cloudera servers are accessible from the Azure VM.  So let's create the VM.
